1 The forgotten SEGA Saturn on April 28th 2011, 11:00 pm

So does anyone talk or like this machine?

The only noticeable game I've seen on it is Sonic 3D Blast and the cancel Sonic X-treme

It makes me wonder why people want a new SEGA console when they only talk about 2

I owned a Saturn and it's underrated in my opinion, I had a lot of fun on it. My favorites were Daytona USA and Sonic Jam, personally.

I had a short-lived used Saturn that died on me before I bought new games. Only got Sonic Jam and Virtua Fighter 2.

Seeing how much we missed out on that interests me and what games are rare I rather just wait on ports but I would get another Saturn if I find one.

I've never owned a Saturn, but some games on it have me interested (Nights, Mr. Bones).

5 Satern on July 6th 2011, 7:29 pm

Personally I never had a Satern. I thought it had much better games on it than the original Playstation did. I waited a year for the N64 myself. I did have a Sega Genesis/SegaCD/32X system at the time though. :D Panzer Dragoon was really cool....I got the sequel to Panzer later on the original xbox.--Correction, I rented the sequel to Panzer Dragoon on the xbox and played all the way through it. I enjoyed it a lot. Many games today lack that....You know...FUN.

I never had a Saturn myself. I was mainly only an N64 player at the time it came out.

Okay, reasons to own a Saturn:

1- Panzer Dragoon Zwei
2- 1,270 titles, most of them exclusive to the Saturn, so lots to chose from
3- Great Arcade ports, especially the SuperScaler titles
4- Rock-solid hardware, best CD drive ever made for a game console
5- Pure coolness factor. Console looks awesome and will attract attention in a room.
6- It's SEGA.

The Saturn is one of my all-time favorite systems. I always thought it was better than the PlayStation One. The Saturn also had better arcade ports.

Xavier_On_High: But then, Prime made the suits look too metallic.

DarkXDizi: Gee, maybe because they're made of metal? Hang on, I have to ditch this apple, it looks too organic and it's bothering me.

Yeah, no. I totally agree. Ridley said fervently. Yech. I'm sure you're hot for a human, but... f it. Why are we even still talking about this?

Because I can't exactly ask you if you caught the last Blitzball championship.
Samus shrugged.

Yeah, true.
Ridley agreed, then waited a moment before continuing. Who won?

Hehehe, nice one!

Yes, I actually did take my SEGA Saturn to my friend's house and drove in my Saturn car, with a SEGA Saturn windshield sticker.

How much Saturn can you possibly get?
