Xavier_On_High: But then, Prime made the suits look too metallic.

DarkXDizi: Gee, maybe because they're made of metal? Hang on, I have to ditch this apple, it looks too organic and it's bothering me.

Yeah, no. I totally agree. Ridley said fervently. Yech. I'm sure you're hot for a human, but... f it. Why are we even still talking about this?

Because I can't exactly ask you if you caught the last Blitzball championship.
Samus shrugged.

Yeah, true.
Ridley agreed, then waited a moment before continuing. Who won?

No, that's ridiculous, I don't want to be sleeping during the day sometimes, and then be awake at nigh, or the sun sets in the middle of the day. That's just too confusing.

What's the point of a 28-hour-day? I'm fine with the current system. And, like sykog mentioned, adapting to the new system is too confusing.

2. Work only four days a week.
While you still work a minimum of 40 hours a week, you only go to work 4 times instead of 5. If you commute 1 hour to work, you save an hour each week commuting.

5. The Long Weekends:
Under the 28 hour day system, your weekend is still two days long, but those two days now total 56 hours, 8 more than the previous 48. The weekend is fully 1/3 of the week.

Those two reasons there are good enough to make me think about changing my mind about whether we should switch to this new system. I must admit, I like the ideas of increased weekends and more free time, as well as only working four days a week.

No.
Like everything else on this planet the time we are asleep/awake greatly depends on the position of the sun. It would be ridiculous to ignore that and pursue trivial matters such as longer weekends, or more time for recreation. As a matter of fact, a better system, in my opinion, would be to sleep at sunset and wake up at dawn... xD

Well, we would certainly get more sleep that way...

No, the transition into a new system would taxing and expensive. Also, it is more then likely that not all countries would adopt it. The metric/imperial thing is annoying enough but if some countries ran on a different day system, it would be much worse.

Sounds a little difficult and expensive to completely change the way people live their lives all around the world

Wouldn't that mess up the dates if other countries didn't convert as well? Wouldn't the year be different? TIME TRAVEL!!!
