Nice to see the return of the Casino style level. I also prefer the music style of the stage to some of the other acts.

There's no actual gambling in it, the Casino is just an environment.
You can go into the slot machine and either win rings, get nothing and lose time, or get Robotnik and lose rings. Since your ability to win or lose rings basically relies on chance, it is gambling.
