MMORPG's on consoles?
Does anyone thing that they will ever put the mmorpg's onto consoles? I think it would be an awesome idea and would definitely make them easier to play.

Most MMORPGs thrive and profit through monthly fees, so I doubt that would ever happen. Even for those that don't, (such as Guild Wars) selecting targets and using all of the powers usually present is painfully complicated to map to a controller.

.hack and Final Fantasy 11 and 14 are the first MMORPGs on consoles i can think of

FF 11 is a great example of a console MMORPG which is still growing to this day on the PS2.

I'm looking forward to FF 14 making the PS3 the console it can be. MMORPG's definitely have a place on the console frontier.

WOW is an mmorpg i'd like to see on a console. It would be so cool to play WOW on Nintendo Wii (as I have a Wii, and a WOW account, so I would find it cool).

I remember anxiously waiting for the 360 version of Champions: Online only for the developer to cancel that version.

Maybe I'll consider getting FFXIV.

from my knowledge they already have two mmo's in the making for consoles
they have DC universe for the consoles and computer and a mmofps spy game called the Agency for the computer AND PS3

I am sure they will one day. They would need a keyboard device I would think to make them fully work. One of the big things about MMORPGs is the interaction with others.

Yeah. And you would be able to play them on both the computer and on any video gaming consoles.
