No. That would be weird. He'd probably be called Feet. He'd have 4 feet instead of two tails because a hedgehog's tails are too short to be useful.

No way, Zez. I just can't picture Tails as anything other than a fox. Tails as a hedgehog would be very weird. Of course, we haven't seen an orange hedgehog before, but Tails is good just the way he is.

I can. He'd look like Sonic but younger, orange, have two tails, and three bangs on his head. The design for what a hedgehog is suppose to look like in the Sonic series is pretty much the way it is so it's not hard at all.

Let's just say a two-tailed hedgehog doesn't have exactly the same appeal as a two-tailed fox. Tails having Sonic's set of eyes? Tails with quills? Tails with a needle nose? Heh, that's funny and interesting, but still, I don't want to see it happen. :Wink Wink:

I wouldn't like him as much, Tails as a fox just works so well. Both character wise (clever like a fox) and design wise. Plus foxes are my favorite animals. It would work but just....not be as good.
